1 Maruchan Chicken Flavor Rice Bowl
2 eggs, beaten
1 large handful of spinach
Sliced green onions
Chili oil for heat and garnish
Heat Maruchan Chicken Flavor Rice Bowl according to package instructions. Place all cooked rice in a sauté pan.
Add handful of spinach and the beaten eggs, mixing continually for one minute so the eggs scramble and the spinach wilts.
Take off heat and mix thoroughly.
Separate into two bowls and top with green onions and chili oil to taste. Enjoy!
