2 packages of Maruchan Chicken Flavor Yakisoba
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
Water, as needed
2 tsp ginger, minced
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp lime juice
2/3 cup snow peas, chopped
2/3 cups grilled chicken breast, diced
2 tbsp shredded carrot, to garnish
Cashews, chopped, to garnish
1 tbsp cilantro, to garnish
Lime wedges, to garnish


Open the lid of the Maruchan Chicken Flavor Yakisoba package halfway and remove both packets. Add packet #1 and cup coconut milk, then fill water to the line indicated. Add in 1 tsp ginger and ½ tsp curry powder. Microwave covered on high for 4 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute before adding packet #2. Stir until fully combined and repeat for second package.

Stir lime juice, snow peas and diced grilled chicken into prepared noodles.

Divide the mixture into 2 bowls. Top with shredded carrot and cashews, then add cilantro and fresh lime wedges for garnish. Enjoy!
