2 packages of Maruchan GOLD Soy Sauce Flavor Ramen
2 duck breasts
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Sweet soy glaze, as needed
2 baby bok choy, grilled and halved
2 boiled eggs, halved
Scallions, to garnish
Orange zest, to garnish
Chili crisp, to garnish
Sesame seeds, to garnish


Heat a cast iron skillet over low heat. Season the duck with salt and pepper to taste, then add it to the pan skin side down. Sear until the skin is crisp and golden, then flip and continue cooking until it reaches desired doneness.* Remove from heat and brush the duck with sweet soy glaze. Let rest for 3–5 minutes. *Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

Boil 4 cups of water in a medium pot and cook 2 packages of Maruchan GOLD Soy Sauce Flavor Ramen for 3 minutes. Allow noodles to soften slightly, and then gently spread them apart.

Place the contents of the soup base packet in each serving bowl and stir in noodle water. Divide noodles into the bowls.

Thinly slice the duck breasts on a bias, then add to each bowl along with grilled baby bok choy, boiled egg and scallions.

Garnish the dish with orange zest, chili crisp and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
