2 packages Maruchan Chicken Flavor Yakisoba
2 tbsp Japanese mayo
2 egg yolks
2 boiled eggs
red pepper powder, as needed
chives, as needed

Open the lids of the Chicken Yakisoba packages halfway and remove both packets from each. Add packet #1 to each, on the side of the noodles and fill to the line indicated with water. Close the lids and microwave on high for 4 minutes.

Add packet #2, 1 tbsp of mayo, 1 egg yolk and red pepper to each container. Stir until fully combined. Let cool for 1 minute.

Garnish each bowl of yakisoba with freshly cut chives, boiled egg and more red pepper powder as desired. Enjoy!
