Ingredients: Ramen Mac Base:; 2 packs Maruchan Chicken Ramen; Both Maruchan chicken seasoning packets — used in full; 2 tbsp butter; 1 tbsp cream cheese; 1/2 cup whole milk or heavy cream; 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar; 1/2 cup shredded Gruyère or Monterey Jack; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp onion powder; 1/4 tsp black pepper; Pinch of cayenne; Breading Station:; 1/2 cup all-purpose flour; 2 eggs, beaten; 1 cup panko breadcrumbs; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp paprika; Salt and pepper; For Frying:; Neutral oil (vegetable or canola), enough for 2–3 inches in a heavy pot; Ranch Dipping Sauce:; 1/2 cup mayo; 1/4 cup sour cream; 1 tbsp buttermilk or regular milk; 1 tsp dried dill; 1 tsp dried chives; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp onion powder; Salt and pepper to taste
