This Maruchan Chili Flavor Ramen dish brings heat from south of the border. Topped with charred corn, sweet tomatoes and fresh cilantro, this noodle bowl wouldn't be complete without the star of the show: tequila-lime shrimp.

2 tsp chile-lime seasoning
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
2 packages of Maruchan Chili Flavor Ramen
2 oz tequila blanco
4 lime wedges
4 tbsp cilantro leaves
4 tbsp tortilla strips
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 oz lime juice
1 cup corn, charred
1 cup yellow onion, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
24 shrimp, peeled & deveined


Add oil to a medium-hot pan and sauté shrimp, corn, onion, tomatoes, garlic until tender and fragrant. Season with chile-lime seasoning. Add lime juice and tequila blanco and cook the alcohol out of the pan. Turn off the heat and add unsalted butter, stirring to incorporate.

Cook Maruchan Ramen Chili Flavor Ramen in 4 cups boiling water for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off heat. Add the contents of the seasoning packet and stir well for 1 minute until seasoning is fully dissolved.

Divide seasoned noodles into bowls. Top with the shrimp mixture and garnish with tortilla strips, lime and lots of fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
