2 packages of Maruchan Beef Flavor Instant Lunch
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp brown sugar
Crushed red pepper, to taste
2 eggs, beaten
Green onion, sliced, to garnish
Sesame seeds, to garnish
Fold the lids of the Maruchan Beef Flavor Instant Lunch packages back halfway and fill with boiling water to the line indicated on the inside of the cup. Close lids securely and let stand for 3 minutes. Remove lids and stir thoroughly to combine.
In a saucepan, add soy sauce, water, garlic, brown sugar and crushed red pepper. Heat on medium-low until sauce slightly thickens, about 3-5 minutes, stirring often.
Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat them in the soy garlic sauce. Pour in the eggs and quickly toss to create a creamy texture and to keep the eggs from scrambling.
Divide the noodles into 2 bowls, then garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
